Contact Your Legislators

Your NTSA government affairs team works hard to influence decision makers in the U.S. House and Senate, and in statehouses around the country, but the impact you’ll have as a constituent cannot be underestimated. Our leaders don’t act without real stories, and your story can make the difference.

Tell your Senator and Member of Congress that the public needs more time to review the DOL’s proposed fiduciary rule. The 2010 version was half as big and we had 50% more time to review it and make comments — this time they’re trying to jam it through without your say-so. Tell them how a rushed, broken rule will harm your local business and their constituents’ ability to plan for retirement.
