Kades-Margolis Joins U.S. Retirement Partners

Kades-Margolis Corp. and Kades-Margolis Capital announced on Dec. 18 that the firms have joined U.S. Retirement Partners (USRP) as member firms.

USRP specializes in employee benefit and retirement plans for public school systems and government offices, including 403(b)s and 457(b)s. USRP is the largest independent U.S. firm providing such services.

Kades-Margolis, a NTSA strategic partner, works closely with K-12 public school employers to offer retirement and employee benefit plans and services. The firm is taking this step at a time in which it is working to “build new relationships with members of the Pennsylvania State Education Association, Pennsylvania Association of Elementary and Secondary School Principals, Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials, Delaware State Education Association and other education related entities,” according to EVP Randy Aranowitz.

Ed Margolis, the firm’s CEO and President, hailed the action in a client newsletter as a “strategic decision” that would provide access to resources that would enhance the ability to serve clients in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Aranowitz also cited membership as a positive, saying that the move “will allow Kades-Margolis to provide an enhanced level of service to our clients well into the future.”

Margolis, recipient of NTSA’s 2013 Bob D. Schiller Meritorious Service Award, and Aranowitz, a 2014 NTSA Elite Advisor, will continue to lead the Kades-Margolis management team, staff and financial advisors.
